Title or Location: Dungeness Beach View
This work is inspired by my visits to Dungeness Beach. It is such a wonderful place to get inspiration as an artist. This piece was a commission request. It is 12x9 watercolour. The paint was applied with a credit card utilising a 'Wet on Wet' technique, as I wanted to imitate the rawness of the location I felt this was the best way to reflect the sheer beauty of Dungeness.

Title or Location: The girl in a pub
This portrait carries me back to East London, 2005 ? a restless, searching chapter of my life. I was living in a crowded shared house with fellow Moldovan workers, balancing long, practical days with an inner need to paint, to observe, to make sense of faces and fleeting moments. The young woman in the painting was someone I met during that time. She possessed a rare brightness ? the kind of presence that quietly shifts the atmosphere of a room. There was warmth in her expression, an ease, an u

Title or Location: Lady with the Owl
Firstly, a few words about myself. I come from Transylvania, I am an artist of Hungarian ethnicity. The work you see, "Lady with the Owl" is an illustration of a fairy tale that I used to hear when I was a child. It remained imprinted in my mind, it is the appearance of childhood, of a happy childhood, without worries and without problems. The work is painted on paper, with acrylic paints, It has a size of 42x30 cm. A few years ago I showed some sketches for a gallery, the gallery urged me to do

I've always been facilitated by the beauty and grace this animal carries and I find it easy to revert to drawing and painting peacocks when I'm in a phase of art block. So this was done in 2018 when I was struggling to create

Title or Location: Owl3
Oil on panel 6x4.I love the work of John Bratby and Turner Vincent with the way they use thick thick paint. So I decided to play with small panels and do a series of owls. I have just been working on a series of corvid paintings in ink and watercolour so looked for a challenge. I now can't stop lol looks like I am going to have to go bigger soon.

Title or Location: Gromit in heaven
Gromit was a ?foster fail? who helped many other foster dogs on their way to a new life. He demonstrated life could be kind and to try and trust again. His favorite play dates were at Union Reservoir, retrieving tennis balls in the water. The day before Memorial Day in 2018, he started fading fast, a rush to the emergency vet showed the cause, cancer on his heart. He died just after midnight, so it would be impossible for me to forget him. He was 4years old.
